All payments are due based on agreed milestones or monthly retainers. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued at our discretion if services are not delivered as promised.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, and deliverables created by Reef Point Digital remain our intellectual property until paid in full. You may not duplicate or republish our designs or text without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any loss of revenue due to third-party platform changes (e.g. Shopify, Facebook)

• Downtime or errors from external services

• Unforeseen impacts of marketing performance
